Question
I want to get a tattoo for a memorial of my child I lost. I want the phrase to read "..to my child" at the top and "we will be together again" across the bottom both in latin. If you could translate this, that would be great.

Answer
Hello,

First of all please accept  my condolences upon the death of your child.
Anyway I really think that it’s not a tattoo the best way to remember him/her and then I do not want to help you with this question .

Moreover I have to point out  that in my ‘Instructions to Questioner’ which appear on your "Ask a question page"  to which unfortunately you did not pay attention I wrote expressly:

"No homework questions please nor TATTOOS....."

I don't like tattoos in fact and then, as a volunteer expert of a 100% FREE site, I obviously can choose to decline translating any phrase / word for this purpose.

Anyway, you can go to Vivat Latina at www.traditio.com/latin.htm where you can find a translation service at minimal fees.

Bye,
Maria
