QuestionHello,
I wanted to know what these phrases would be in Latin:
"To fall into darkness"
and
"To succumb to darkness/evil"
Thanks very much, I greatly appreciate any feedback that you may have!

AnswerHello,
“To fall into darkness" translates as “ In tenebras cadere”, whereas "To succumb to darkness/evil" corresponds to “Succumbere tenebris / malis”.
Regards,
Maria
____________________________________________________________
Note that:
-To fall = CADERE (infinitive of CADO)
-into = IN (preposition which requires the accusative in this context)
-darkness = TENEBRAS (accusative of TENEBRAE)
________________________________________________
-To succumb = SUCCUMBERE (infinitive of SUCCUMBO)
-to darkness = TENEBRIS (dative of TENEBRAE )
-Evil = MALIS (dative of MALA, neuter plural).
As you can see, Latin word order can be different from English.
