“No homework questions please NOR TATTOOS....." is just what I  wrote  in my ‘Instructions to Questioner’ which appear on your "Ask a question page", hoping that such a warning/advice will avoid the questioners asking for tattoos.

Therefore, I’m sorry, but I do not want to help you (and anyone else ) with any question regarding tattoos, just because  I don't like tattoos and then, as  a volunteer  expert of a 100% free site, I obviously can choose to decline translating any phrase / word  for this purpose.
