Question
Hi Maria,

I'm sorry to ask again, but I asked about some phrases for a scrapbook I'm making. I realize that your expertise is in Ancient Greek, I'm really sorry I wasn't clear. But, I would like the translation in Ancient Greek, not modern Greek. They were

always remember, to live, to laugh, to love

Commit your work to God

Every morning is a new beginning

To thine own self be true

Again, I'm sorry for the confusion and thank you so much for your help.

Answer
Hello,

here are the ancient Greek phrases you asked me:

Ἀεί μίμνησκε βιοῦν, γελᾶν, φιλεῖν.
(always remember, to live, to laugh, to love)

Θεῷ πίστευε.
(Commit your work to God)

Ἡ ἕως ἀρχή ἐστι.
(Every morning is a new beginning)

Ἴσθι γὰρ  σαυτῷ  ἀληθής.
(To thine own self be true)

Best regards,
Maria
