Here’s the Latin translation of  the quotation you mention:

-“In media  turba tuo in animo acquiesce”
(literally, “In the middle of a noisy crowd keep peace with your soul).

Note that:

-In media  turba (ablative feminine  of the adjective MEDIUS agreed with the noun TURBA, 1st.declension)= In the middle of a noisy crowd, i.e. "In the noisy confusion of life".

-tuo (ablative of the possessive TUUS agreed with ANIMO )= your

-in (preposition which takes the ablative) = with

-animo (ablative of ANIMUS, 2nd.declension)= soul

-acquiesce (2nd.person singular, imperative of ACQUIESCO) = keep peace
