Answer
Hello,

your family motto “Mutabimur” literally means “We shall be changed”, i.e. “We shall  change” as well as “We shall be subject to a change” either in the sense that one can change his own character or that  one can change one's place/office.

The Latin verb “Mutabimur” is in fact the 1st.person plural of the  future passive indicative of “muto”(I change).

Maybe such a motto meant that the members of this family were open-minded and then receptive to new and different ideas or changes.

Best regards,
Maria
