“Nemo est cui in hoc mundo confidere possim” is the translation you are looking for.

Anyway you could also say:” Nemini in hoc mundo confidere possum” (literally, “In nobody I can trust in this world”).

-I can = CUI  (relative pronoun, dative , literally, “to whom”) POSSIM (subjunctive present depending upon “Nemo est)
