Here's the translation of your family crest motto:

“Create in me a clean heart, O God!”.

This motto derives from the Psalm 50(51): 12, where we read  exactly: "Cor mundum crea in me Deus".

Please note that:
Cor = a heart
mundum =clean
crea = create
in me = in me
Deus= o God
