Question
Thank you:
I have a large old enamel box with a coat of arms with the motto "omnia morte cadunt manet sola virtus".  Can you tell me the language and perhaps a translation?  Thank you

Answer
Hello,

The Latin sentence "Omnia morte cadunt manet sola virtus"  means:

“Everything dies, only virtue lives on”.

Best,
Maria
