Ancient Languages/The one and only

Question
Could you please help me translate the phrase "You are the one and only"?

Thanks in advance :-)

Answer
Hello,

Do you want a translation into Latin or into ancient Greek? It’s not clear, indeed!

Anyway I’m translating  the phrase "You are the one and only” in  Latin as I suppose you are looking for a Latin phrase.

Here is the translation into Latin:

-“Unicus  es”, if  “the one and only” refers to a male person.

-“Unica es”, if  “the one and only” refers to a female person.

Please note that:

-UNICUS (in the nominative masculine) / UNICA (in the nominative feminine) means” the one and only”

-ES means “ you are”.

Best,
Maria
