Question
I too am looking for a translation from english to latin for my book club credo "constant shallowness leads to evil" can you translate?

thank you

Answer
Hello,

The phrase “Constant shallowness leads to evil” can be translated into Latin as follows:

-“Levitas ac futilitas ad malum ducunt”.

or with a different word order:

-"Ad malum ducunt levitas ac futilitas"

Please note that:
LEVITAS AC FUTILITAS = ‘Constant shallowness'.
AD MALUM= ‘to evil'
DUCUNT = ‘leads'

Have a nice day.
Maria

NOTA BENE
LEVITAS AC FUTILITAS  (‘Constant shallowness') is a hendiadys, i.e. a  figure of speech expressing a single idea by two nouns (levitas ac futilitas)  instead of a noun (shallowness)and its qualifier (constant).
