im trying to find the right translation for this sentence and it seems every place i go on the net has a different version. what do you think?

the sentence is

i struggle i am reborn

If you want this phrase to be translated into Latin, here it is:

-“Pugno et resurgo”.

In fact PUGNO is ‘I struggle’, while RESURGO is ‘I am reborn’. As for ET (and), it is necessary in this context, in Latin at least.
What different versions you refer to? Let me know.
