Here’s the translation you need:

“Tenebrae te sequentur”
Or:
“Te sequetur obscuritas”

-The dark ( darkness) = TENEBRAE / OBSCURITAS ( nominative case)

-will follow = SEQUENTUR ( future, 3rd.person plural agreed with TENEBRAE which is a nominative plural) or  SEQUETUR  (future, 3rd.person singularl agreed with OBSCURITAS which is a nominative singular)

-you = TE (accusative case)
