Question
I need from english to latin - the lord dwells in the smallest of vessels, our hearts.

Answer
Hello,

Here’s the translation you need:

“In corde nostro, quod  minimum est ex navigiis, Dominus habitat”.

Best regards,
Maria

Note that the literal translation of “In corde nostro, quod  minimum est ex navigiis, Dominus habitat” is:
“The Lord dwells in our heart, which is the smallest of vessels”.
This because Latin language is different from English, of course, and then there is a different way to say something.

Anyway:

-The lord  = DOMINUS (nominative, 2nd.declension)

-dwells = HABITAT (from HABITO, I dwell)

-in = IN (preposition which takes the ablative)

-our = NOSTRO (ablative of NOSTER, agreed with CORDE)

-heart = CORDE ( ablative singular of COR, as Latin prefers the singular)

-which = QUOD ( relative pronoun in the nominative neuter agreed with COR, heart)

-is = EST (from SUM, I am)

-the smallest = MINIMUM ( neuter agreed with COR)

-of = EX (preposition which takes the ablative)

-vessels =  NAVIGIIS (ablative of NAVIGIUM, vessel)

As you can see, Latin word order differs from English.
