Question
How do you say "wipe that smile off your face" or something similar?

Thanks!

Answer
Hello,

First of all I suppose you are looking for a translation into Latin, not in ancient Greek.

So, “Wipe that smile off your face” is in Latin as follows:

-“Istum mitte risum”, if “wipe” refers to a 2nd.person singular.

-“Istum mittite risum”, if “wipe” refers to a 2nd.person plural.

Best,
Maria

Wipe …off your face = MITTE ( MITTITE)

Smile= RISUM
