My son said he liked a quote from Agustus Ceasar I want to translate the English back into Latin. The phrase is : "Peace is brought by victory"
Please asap.  I want to make him a t-shirt with this on it.  Thanks, Mary Ellen Cunningham

"Peace is brought by victory" is in Latin:

“Ex Victoria Pax “.

Please note that:
Peace = PAX
is brought : this verb is implied in Latin, as it is not necessary for the comprehension.
by = EX
victory = VICTORIA

I must add that this phrase is not in the strict sense a quotation from Augustus Caesar, the first Roman emperor died in 14 AD, but it can be referred to him simply because Augustus Caesar consolidated the frontiers of the Roman Empire, so that the Age of Augustus was called  the age of the 'Pax Romana'(the Roman Peace).
