Question
Maria, I wonder if you could translate this ancient quotation from Confucius into Latin for me.
"OUR GREATEST GLORY IS NOT IN NEVER FALLING, BUT IN RISING EACH TIME THAT WE DO" I've waited a long time to get this done as it's always maxed out, you must be very good.

Thank you in advance. Ross

Answer
Hello,

first I have to point out that there is no literal translation for  this quotation which however can be translated as follows, without altering the sense of Confucius  thought:

“In semper resurgendo stat gloria, non in umquam cadendo”.

Best,
Maria
______________________________________________
Note that :
-"Our greatest glory" corresponds to  GLORIA
-"is"  corresponds to   STAT
-not = NON
-in never falling = IN UMQUAM CADENDO
-but in rising every time we fall = IN SEMPER RESURGENDO
