What is the difference between Nietzscheans and humans? They look alike.

According to Allsystems.org:

"Nietzscheans are bigger, faster and stronger than normal Humans. They are immune to most poisons and diseases. They can breathe chlorine gas without harm. They can eat a much wider variety of foods, survive in harsher environments, and pride themselves on thriving where normal humans wouldn't dare to tread. "

In Music of a Distant Drum, Tyr stated that "Nietzscheans can eat almost anything, as long as it's organic"

In the same episode, he also stated that he had defense nanobots living in his bloodstream alongside his genetically engineered and enhanced immune system. These nanobots repaired memory loss inflicted upon him by attack nanobots which had infested the Eureka Maru.

In Double Helix (My Favorite episode), We saw much of the Nietzschean mating goings-on.  In short, The Female chooses the male, which must be approved to what pans out as the pride matriarch (I assume an Alpha Female), genetic testing is done to assure that the male's lineage is as he proclaims and is beneficial to the pride, and then it is perfectly alright to...ahem. Anyway, this is standard practice when joining a pride, I assume an in-pride bonding would omit the entire lineage stating and genetic testing. Also, telling of one's family past is an important part of bonding.  Nietzschean males bonded to a female are called Husband-and-father, not just Husband.

Nietzscheans were created on Ayn Rand Station. This, and Fountainhead are two principal Nietzschean planets.
