wat is the appropriate definition of Post Operative Nausea and  Vomiting

There is no standardized definition of PONV. In general, most people consider it prolonged nausea and vomitting post operatively despite routine measures for treatment but if you ask 4 anesthesiologists you'll probably get 5 answers!
