Question
I am a senior in h.s. and I recently received my acceptance letter to UT. I was hoping if you could please suggest courses that I should take in order to become an anesthesiologist during my freshman year in college. I am unable to contact the counselor and am very confused as to what to take. I plan to major in biology. Also do you suggest that I take all honors courses.
thanks for your time!

Answer
There is no course in college for anesthesia. You first have to get through college, then medical school and then anesthesiology. You don't need to take honors courses in college, just the course required for your major and the other prerequisite courses for medical school.
