Please e-mail back I really want to fulfill my dreams but not sure if I can.

Answer
To be an anesthesiologist you need 4 yrs of college, 4 yrs of medical school and 4 yrs of anesthesia residency training. Your GED should not be a problem as long as you can get into a college with it. After that, the grades you get in college will determine the rest.
