QUESTION: I apologize; what I meant to ask was, does taking requirement courses from JUNIOR COLLEGES negatively affect chances of getting into medical school?

Answer
It depends. If the courses are necessary to allow you to take the prerequisite courses in college (e.g. advanced math courses so you can take Calculus in college) then probably not. If they are the prerequsite courses like Organic Chemistry, then probably yes (because the quality of the course and the quality of the students taking it is generally lower than at a full university).
