Anesthesiology/Anesthesia Reaction

Question
2 months ago I had an colonoscopy and endoscopy performed.  The doctor informed my husband that I was given the max amount of anesthesia available/allowed as I started to talk during the procedures.  Since that time, I have had ringing in my head that was not there before and won't go away.  Could this be a reaction to the anesthesia?  Thank you for your input.

Answer
Unlikely as none of the meds we usually give for endoscopy cause ringing in the ears (tinnitus). That being said, I don't know what they gave you but you should certainly have this checked out by a neurologist to make sure there is no underlying pathology going on.
