Anesthesiology/lower back pain

Question
i had a c-section 9 months ago and i am experiencing a great deal of lower back pain more so in the right side of my lower back buttocks and right hip.coud this be related to my spinal anesthesia i have been spending a lot seeing a chiropractor but the pain has not let up.

Answer
Unlikely if the spinal placement was uneventful. It might be because of the baby's head in the pelvis. Was this an elective section or because of failure to pregress? If the latter, then the head might have been pushing on the pelvic nerves. The pain usually goes away but if not, then you should see a neurologist for evaluation.
