Anesthesiology/Two surgeries close together

Question
I am scheduled to have an arm lift and tummy tuck on one day, and a face lift one week later.  The face lift will not take place unless the surgeon is very satisfied with my blood work after the 1st surgery.  Do you see any cause for concern with these two surgeries being close together?  She will not do the surgeries at the same time, as she feels it is too long to be under...and I agree...

Answer
Hi Cheryle
there should be no problem here. People undergo much bigger ops closer together - though usually for more serious reasons. It sounds like your surgeon is being sensible about this. However be prepared to feel tired for a while as your body goes into repair mode.
Kind regards
