Question
hi, I am due to have surgery to my foot on 16th october. However, for an entirley different condition, I have just been told that I need to have a general anaesthetic for a biopsy within the next 2 weeks. What is the period of time that should be left between 2 operations requiring anaesthesia?
thank you.

Answer
There is no issue about time between anaesthetics. Some people have them daily if needed for their treatment and his has no adverse effect. In the end it is just down to how you feel after the foot operation (based on discomfort experienced)
I hope all goes well for you.
Kind regards
