Question
Hello

Im currently a freshman in my undergraduate college.  My goal has been to become an Anesthesiologist.  Im current in Pre-Med, and im going for my bachelor of science degree.  I hope this is the right path so far.  My major is going to be biology. I want to know what is the best kind of biology I should choose to advantage me in my pursuit.  Should i take regular biology or microbiology?  As much as information I can get about what kind of classes i should take for my major will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you

Answer
It doesn't matter which kind of Biology. Since your major is Biology, you will likely take many of the course you need. Good ones might include genetics, microbiology, biochemistry and vertebrate anatomy.
