Question
Hi,
I am a freshman in high school and am thinking of becoming an anesthesiologist and i was wondering, what kind of math do you use and what do you use it for? I would like to know to see what i should be learning. thank you for your time :)

Answer
We only use basic math to calculate dosages etc., but you will be required to have taken calculus by the time you finish college because you will need that to complete some of the other prerequisite courses you need for medical school. As for what you should be learning, learn as much as you can.
