Hello,
How has your salary incerased since you beganthe profession. Is there room to grow?
HI Linda
I'm UK trained and based and work solely for the NHS. My salary is therefore controlled by the government via a Pay Review Body. It has grown over the 27 years I have been working for the NHS.
Not sure that you are really interested in the UK situation tho...

I am a Consultant Anaesthetist in the UK. My interests include ambulatory or day surgery, obstetric anaesthesia and analgesia, acute pain management (use of epidurals and patient controlled analgesia)anaesthesia for surgery on the airway, orthopaedics and most things except brains and hearts. Interest in prehospital care of trauma and provision of medical cover at motorsport events.
