Question
My name is hope murray and i am doning a report on anesthesiolgy could you
tell me what you do on a day to day job???? Also your carrer requirements

Answer
I spent 5 years at Medical School to become a doctor then a further 8 years specialising in anaesthesia. I now look after anaesthesia for children and adults. Provide pain relief to women in labour and pain relief for other patients in hospital. I look after day case patients and inpatients. Sometimes I attend the scenes of accidents to anaesthetise people when they are trapped. All in all I have a very varied daily routine which is full of challenges and rewards. However like many jobs in medicine there are also times when things are very difficult eg. when someone dies despite your best efforts and this is worse if it is a child or a close friend/colleague.
Kind regards
