Question
I am looking into becoming an anesthesiologist. I live in the United States but really would like to go to college in London. I was wondering if you had any recommendations for colleges there?

Answer
Hi there
In the UK you need to go to medical school first for 5 years and then complete a two year foundation training programme. After this you can enroll on an anaesthesia training programme which takes another 6-8 years. Still interested?
Then I would apply to several Medical Schools and pick at least one choice outside London. As to which to go to?
I have no experience of the Med schools in London as I trained in Scotland - Kings College always has a good reputation.
Kind regards
