I am looking into becoming an anesthesiologist. Next year I will be a senior and applying to colleges and I was wondering if you had any recommendations on what colleges are best for medicine and anesthesiology. Thanks.

All colleges are good for medical school although it is probably better to go to a college that has its own medical school as they often gve preference to their graduates. What's more important is how you do at the college and you MCAT scores. You don't worry about anesthesiology programs until you finish medical school.
