I am very interested in Duke University and the University of North Carolina (Chapel Hill). I would like to know the top five colleges that offer the courses necessary to become an anesthesiologist. Any other useful information you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

There are no "top five" colleges that offer courses for anesthesia. You need to first get into medical school and do 4 yrs before even thinking about anesthesiology. Any college can provide the courses you need for that (and the two you name are excellent).
