Anesthesiology/ONLINE DEGREE PROGRAM ACCEPTABLE?

Question
Hello:

I was just wondering if an online (4 yr. Bachelor's degree) will be acceptable to attend Medical School to become an Anesthesiologist?  I have a two year associates degree and now I'm a mother, wife, etc. and finishing the other two years online would be so much better for my situation, however, I don't want to waste any more time either. Common sense tells me that I would have to go on campus for 4 yrs. of Medical School and then work 4 yrs. of residency training.  Your expertise would be greatly appreciated!

Answer
I would tend to doubt that an online degree would be sufficient, but certainly you can't do medical school online so you will have to spend 4 yrs in class. I would check with a local medical school and ask them if an online degree is acceptable.
