Question
i came from surgery and was shrivering so hard. was i having a seizare

Answer
No you weren't. It is very common for patients to shiver after surgery (even if they are not cold). Anesthesia affects the "Shivering" center in the brain. The nurses probably gave you some medicine for it to stop the shivering.
