Question
I have had 4 surgeries in the last 11 months.  Cardiac ablation, gallbladder, knee, and partial nephrectomy for clear cell carcinoma.  Since the last surgery, I have been having a feeling like I don't have my sea legs, and trouble concentrating.  These come on without warning and can last for hours. Is this common, and what can I do for them?

Answer
I don't think it is related to anesthesia specifically but rather the general toll on your body from all the surgery. If it continues or gets worse, you should be seen by a neurologist to make sure it is not something major.
