Question
Hello,
Is it possible to have an allergic reaction on anesthesia , or any reaction in the form of confusion, severe headache, drowsiness 19 days after the surgery?

Thank you

Karen

Answer
The short answer is no. You can have allergies to certain types of anesthetics (as with any durg) but it would be immediate and not last 19 days. Depending on the type of surgery, you may feel drowsy and confused but this is more related to the surgery and not the anesthesia.
