Anesthesiology/what's the best degree?

Question
Hello, I am currently a senior and I wanted to know what is the best degree to receive if you want to become a successful anesthesiologist and make very good money. Thanks in advance for your time and help.

Answer
I assume you meant 'senior' in high school, but you did not state that.  In the US to become an anesthesiologist you will need a degree in medicine, either a D.O. or M.D.

To become successful you'll need much more than a degree:  well-rounded, people-skilled, communicator, innovator, risk-taker are just some things that all "successful" people have in common.

If you want to "make very good money" perhaps you should consider a field dedicated to "making good money" instead of one aimed at caring for people's health.
