Question
Does psuedocholinesterase deficiency slow or prevent some pain medicines from being affective?

Answer
Not to my knowledge. Psuedocholinesterase works at the neuromuscular junction to break down succinylcholine. This has nothing to do with the transmission of pain or blocking of that transmission.
