QUESTION: Thank u I was very scared because I smoke a lot of cigarettes too. Just want to be sure that when I am put to sleep I will be ok I am also getting my tubes tied at the same time as hernia surgery I am so scared already. So no need to say anything to my doctor I hope or will they ask me then what.just been I'm a lot pain nothing seems to help if you can let me know as much as possible. Thank you

They should ask you and you should tell them. You should never keep any information from your anesthesiologist. They will not cancel the case if you haven't smoked THC in the past week (and haven't done any other illicit drugs).
