Question
hello,

I was wondering that once you become an a anesthesiologist what possible advancements could occur?

Answer
The only advancements are 1) if you are in private practice, you can only advance either by getting sub-specialty training or rising up in your group to become a partner or an officer, or 2) in academics, you can rise up the professorial ranks from Assistant PRofessor to Associate to full professor.
