Anesthesiology/Hours of anesthesiologist v CRNA

Question
I currently have a degree in nursing and am wondering whether to go to med school or become a crna. A big thing to me is the hours that most MDs work. How many hours per week does a CRNA v an anesthesiologist work on average.

Answer
That depends on you. In general, MDs work longer hours but you could get into a practice that is only 9-5. CRNAs generally don't do call but in some practices they have to. Obviously compensation is related to your degree and the hours you work. These are all considerations you need to take into account.
