Anesthesiology/Still Have Back Pain 3 Years After C-Section Using Spinal Block?

Question
I had a c-section in October of 2007, in which a spinal block was used after about a 20-30 minute hassle of getting it put in properly.  Upon my arrival home, I was complaining of soreness everywhere so my husband rubbed my back.  While he was doing so, he rubbed one area that made me "melt", almost giving me a sense of euphoria, it felt great!  Problem is, he's been stuck giving me back rubs in that one spot ever since then and I recently realized that "the spot" is the same area that I was given my spinal block(lower-mid-back along spine).  I My husband says that a lump is usally present.  I would like to know if there is any way to fix my problem and am also wondering if his massages could be causing me any harm if it feels so great that it's almost numbing?

Answer
One thing has nothing to do with the other so I don't really know how to answer your question. It's should not being doing any harm so unless your husband doesn't like doing it, enjoy yourself.
