i was very curious to know what would happen if more or less amount of anesthesia is infused into the patient.

That's a very non-specific question. Obviously if less is given, the patient might wake up or be aware and if too much is given, they might suffer hemodynamic consequences. If you have a more specific question, I'll be happy to try to explain it.
