QuestionI have 3 children altogether, my last 2 were c-section. With the last child the Anesthesiologist poked me 5 times and one spot and 3 in another... in result that she couldn't get it... I had to get put to sleep!! Now I'm experiencing chronic back pain... the doctors look at me like I'm joking. I could just be sitting down on the computer and a sharp pain will arrive like she doing it all over again... my question is what can I do... and now im staying in battle creek, MI is there a doctor in the area who can help me that accept medicaid?
AnswerThe pain may or may not be related to the regional anesthetic. It may be related to the childbirth itself or any heavy lifting since that has caused a herniation. I don't know of specific docs in MI but I am sure you can go to your local Neurology clinic (or your primary physician can refer you) for evaluation. You should probably get a CT or MRI to evaluate for herniations or stenosis.
