Anesthesiology/Seizure under General Anaesthetic

Question
Hello..... I underwent a hysteroscopy and biopsy on 22nd March and have been advised by the nursing staff that I had two seizures whilst coming round from the anaesthetic. A CT was done immediately which revealed no problems. The doctor who came to see me before i was allowed home the same evening said it was probably a reaction to the drug used and she would note it on my records. Why did this happen? Im a 50 years old woman of slim build and in excellent health.

Answer
I don't know of any anesthetic drug that would cause that reaction so without knowing what medications you got, it would be impossible for me to speculate. Was it the anaestitist who told that or another health professional?
