Question
what kind of sedation do they use i dont want to know whats going on

Answer
Usually when you get an epidural or a spinal they will also give you Midazolam (Versed) and/or Propofol for sedation. With that combination, you will not only not know what is going on, you will probably not even remember you had a procedure.
