Anesthesiology/allergic reaction to anaesthesia

Question
My mother had a knee replacement four days ago she is overweight
diabetic
Since she has gotten out of surgery her blood oxygen  levels have been
low when she's sleeping now. She has become short. Of breath during
her awake hours she is getting tired quickly I'm afraid she is having a
reaction to anaesthesia due to the fact she cannot move around and get
it out of her lungs what do I need to do before she gets worse and dies

Answer
This is not a forum for the treatment of individual patient medical problems! Since it's not screamingly obvious:  Get a hold of your mother's attending physician and discuss your concerns with him.  Note that four days post-operatively in this day and age, there are few if any 'leftover' anesthesia problems.
