Question
Hello,my name is Lina and i would like to know some of the aspects in anesthesiology.I would like to know a problem in the field of anesthesiology and what were the causes in that problem. Also possible solutions that were made to that problem and future implication that were made to those solutions for that problem.
Thank you! I will be looking forward to hearing from you!

Answer
Hi Lina
I get asked all sorts of questions about anaesthesia but really I try and help patients with problems. Your question doesn't sound like one from that category - more like a project.
You should research Malignant Hyperpyrexia and the trigger agents that cause it. The use of dantrolene in its management and the ability to test patients and their relatives for the susceptability to this problem by muscle biopsy. We are able to anaesthetise those who are known to be susceptible without exposing them to the trigger agents.
Hope this helps
Kind regards
