Question
What are the possibilities of getting into medical school, if my gpa  is 3.5 and a MCAT of 24? Also, do I need prerequisites even though I have a degree in Finance?

Answer
You GPA is on the low side for the highly competitive schools and your MCAT average is an 8 per section while most competitive schools are looking for 10 and above. That being said, you should still apply (especially to schools in your state) because you never know. As for pre-reqs, you need all the pre-med pre-reqs (chemistry, physics, etc) but I assume you have those since you needed them to take the MCATs.
